It's the first time a game has been postponed at the domed stadium since a Jays-Royals contest was deferred April 12, 2001.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday, beginning at 2:07 PM.
Only once before has a game at Rogers Centre, with its retractable roof, been postponed.
Of course, the Blue Jays were roasted on Twitter shortly after the news broke that their roof was leaking snow and water onto their turf field.
The chunk of ice shattered the bus' windshield, cutting the driver.
The team tweeted earlier Monday that it was working to fix the hole, which was caused by a piece of ice falling from the neighboring CN Tower.
"We saw it happen", Miller said.
The Blue Jays had each of their previous two games - in Cleveland against the Indians - postponed due to weather.
By late afternoon, that hole had been patched up by stadium employees who braved the elements on the roof to make repairs.
The weekend ice storm resulted in power outages, canceled flights and road collisions across Ontario.
Fans with tickets to Tuesday's game will be able to attend both games of the double-header, the team said.
Provincial power utility Hydro One said early Monday that its crews were working to reconnect almost 63,000 customers, while Toronto Hydro was reporting approximately 10,000 customers in the dark, reduced from over 40,000 at the outages' peak.
