Locklear told deputies she would shoot them if they ever came to her house again, investigators said.
She was initially arrested after police were called to her home and she was booked on suspicion of felony domestic violence and three counts of battery, as she allegedly attacked the three responding officers. Authorities then discovered that Locklear had a handgun, which she'd gotten in 1985, registered in her name. The gun was not found at the time of the search. We're told she is now in a medical treatment facility.
As for the actual incident that occurred last month, which led to Locklear's arrest, the source tells us that Locklear believes "this whole situation is just one big mistake".
