Michael Lester can be heard badly slurring his words during the New Year's Eve 911 call as he tells the operator: "I'm too drunk - I don't know where I'm at".
When the dispatcher asked Michael Lester where he was, he said, "I'm too drunk".
In a recording of the 911 call released by the sheriff's office Friday, the dispatcher repeatedly asks him to pull over and battles to get more details on Lester's location.
Lester was arrested for driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and no seat belt.
He also admitted to trying to get pulled over by police by "driving on the wrong side of the road" before the operator urged him to park up and wait for officers to find him.
"Michael first told the deputy he had only two beers", the post said.
The Polk County Sheriff's Office posted the 911 call on Facebook using the hashtag "Hello 9-1-1 I'm hammered".
Lester told deputies who arrived on the scene he had consumed drugs and alcohol. He then changed the number to "three or four" while also admitting that he had only slept four hours in the last four days.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Lester has a criminal history which includes a previous DUI, as well as aggravated battery, drug possession, disorderly conduct, resisting, and hit and run.
Dispatcher: you're drunk driving right now?
'However.in this particular incident, nobody was hurt, so we couldn't help but LOTO (that means we Laughed Our Tasers Off)'.
