The stunning Mi 5X is all set for an Indian Launch. The company has already started sending out the media invitations for its next dual-camera phone launch event next week, which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 5 in the land of New Delhi, India. The A1 is expected to offer the same specs as the Mi 5X but with stock Android on the software front, with a promise of direct updates from Google. You need to apply before August 31, 10PM (India time), and selected applicants will be notified via e-mail by September 2, 12PM (India time).
However, the brand has not revealed the smartphone name, but it is highly expected that it will introduce the Mi 5X, which it recently introduced in China.
September could be the month that will see some of the biggest launches in the smartphone world.

The teaser image shows two sensors with different apertures which certainly indicates that it will be Mi 5X. The main highlights of the Mi 5X are its dual rear camera setup, Android 7.0 Nougat-based MIUI 9.0 operating system, crystal clear audio with DHS Audio Calibration Algorithm.
Xiaomi Mi 5x has 12 megapixels dual camera setup with one wide-angle lens and other telephoto lens offering portrait mode. The phone has a dual front camera with a 13-megapixel sensor and another 12-megapixel camera. The device also comes with a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter for selfies. The storage can be expanded by means of microSD card up to 128GB.
Connectivity options in the device include 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port.
